   When you purchase a digital game or software from FOXOXO.com, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the product in any way that is not expressly permitted by the product's end-user license agreement (EULA).

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

3. Tax Information
   
   The Canary Islands, part of Spain and the European Union, are subject to a special tax regime. As a remote territory within the EU, the Canary Islands apply a local tax called "Impuesto General Indirecto Canario" (IGIC) instead of the standard EU Value Added Tax (VAT). We assume that digital goods sold from the Canary Islands are exempt from taxes under the IGIC.
